Lectures
I have done fly fishing presentations since the mid 80’s. I offer programs on fly fishing the Eastern Sierra from Lone Pine to the Nevada border north of Bridgeport. The Eastern Sierra is a hidden treasure of fly fishing opportunities for rainbow, brown, brook, cutthroat and golden trout and carp, large and small mouth bass, bluegill and Owens River suckers. Public access to Eastern Sierra waters is the standard. There is very little private water in the Eastern Sierra.
While it’s good to know where to fish, knowing how to fly fish properly is just as important. I offer programs on fly fishing techniques that produce trout in streams and lakes. Learning proper fly fishing techniques is what will elevate your fly fishing game.
Bishop – The Southern Gateway to Eastern Sierra Fly Fishing
Is a PowerPoint presentation on fly fishing opportunities for anglers staying in the Bishop, CA area. This presentation starts with an overview of fly fishing opportunities in the Mammoth Lakes area. All of these waters are an hours drive or less from Bishop.
